Today more and more companies are looking at the bottom line but missing the big picture.

While components used in repair work are covered by a manufacturer's product liability insurance the same may not be true of the repair shop performing the repair.

Many repair shops with low labor rates are not insured or under insured leaving the customer open to law suits which can total millions of dollars.
